End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the application provider ("Application Provider") governing your use of the licensed software application ("Licensed Application").

a. Scope of License

The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to you. This license is limited, non-transferable, and grants you the right to install and use the Licensed Application solely on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application.

You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, its updates, or any part thereof, except to the extent that such actions are explicitly permitted by applicable law. Violation of these restrictions may result in legal consequences.

This license applies to any updates or upgrades provided by the Application Provider that replace or supplement the original Licensed Application unless such update is accompanied by a separate license.

b. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that the Application Provider may collect and use anonymous technical data and related information, such as device model, operating system, and application usage patterns, to facilitate software updates, support, and improvements. No personally identifiable information or user-generated content is collected or stored.

Note: The Licensed Application does not store or record anything you type or transmit while using it.

c. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Licensed Application.

d. Services and Third-Party Materials

The Licensed Application may provide access to services or content from third parties ("Third-Party Services"). Use of such services may require internet access and may be subject to additional terms.

You acknowledge that third-party content may include material that is offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate, and agree to use such services at your own risk. The Application Provider is not responsible for examining or evaluating such content and disclaims all liability related to third-party materials and services.

Location data and financial information provided through the application are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon in critical situations.

e. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensed Application and any associated services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. The Application Provider disclaims all express, implied, or statutory warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

The Application Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Licensed Application is at your sole risk.

f. Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, the Application Provider shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Licensed Application.

In no event shall the Application Provider’s total liability exceed fifty dollars ($50.00), except where otherwise required by law.

g. Export Compliance

You agree not to export or re-export the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law and applicable local laws. By using the Licensed Application, you represent that you are not located in a restricted country or listed on any restricted party list.

h. U.S. Government End Users

The Licensed Application is a "Commercial Item" under applicable U.S. regulations and is provided to U.S. Government end users only with the rights granted to all other users under this Agreement.

i. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Additional local, state, or international laws may apply based on your location.
